In a diet, you find yourself trying to count every calorie you eat, which understandably causes you to become frustrated and give up. At the end of the day, you find yourself hungry, frustrated, and even more tired than when you started.
This 28-Day program isn’t about counting calories or drinking shakes 24/7 to achieve weight loss or energy. This is a holistic, self-care wellness program designed to revitalize your whole life.

In this program, you’ll address your mindset, foods and exercise, self-care and sleep patterns. We’ll work together so that you are empowered to make positive changes in how you think, how you eat, how you take care of your physical body, and how you live daily. Each woman has their different challenges and nutritional needs so this isn’t a one size fits all kind of program telling you one way to eat, exercise, supplement, or sleep. Instead, I’ll empower with the tools to challenge you to do the work in uncovering what your body needs and to start nourishing it to live, thrive and be your best, powerful self.

I’ve developed a program that will explore what foods (exercise, habits…) work best and which don’t to give you optimum energy, kickstart weightloss, make you feel great in your clothes, and even inspire you to live differently.

This program also includes guidebooks and handouts like recipes and suggested meals to help you plan deliciously, healthy and clean foods while you eliminate those that might be toxic and inflammatory for your body. You see, toxins are stored in fat cells. The more toxins stored in your body, the more fat your body needs to hold on to. Once you remove the toxins, your body will be able to release excess weight. And, you’ll have the energy and enthusiasm to create better habits around foods, exercise, sleep and work for a more radiant life.

Our internet filled lives can make it tough to sort through the overwhelm of information of how to create health. While we might be motivated when we begin, it’s easy to fall back into old habits without an effective step-by-step plan.

Changing habits isn’t easy to do on your own, especially without the necessary tools. This program is designed to give you the support, guidance, and tools (along with delicious recipes) you need so you can feel successful in the process.

Having personally tried various plans or programs, I found it was hard to stay accountable and do the work when you don’t have someone who’s right there for you.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Will I have to follow a certain diet or be hungry over the 28 days?

No, this is not a detox or diet program. You will not starve or be deprived either because you will get nutrient-dense whole food recipes you can choose to eat that are designed to support you and make it easy to explore and cook healthier meals.

Are the recipes vegans or vegetarian only?

No.  There is an omnivore (plants and animal foods) recipe guide that’s included so you can follow the suggested meals and recipes for that diet if you choose.  All recipes in the vegetarian or omnivore plan will be dairy-free and gluten-free.

What if I fall off track during the 28 days?

That’s why I’ve included private coaching sessions – to keep you on track!  I’ve also created tools for you that will help you stay accountable and committed. The beauty of this program is that you have the materials to keep if life gets in the way and you need to pause your program because of the exceptional reasons. Please note that all private coaching sessions must be concluded with your 31-day period – no refunds or exceptions. 

How do I get the nutrition pack?

As soon as your purchase confirmation goes through, you’ll receive a welcome email and be setup with an account for your nutrition supplements.  Depending on where in the U.S. you live, you’ll receive the bundle within 7-10 days of your purchase.  If you have any questions about the pack or for dietary restrictions, you need an replacement, please feel free to contact me. I’m happy to make special accommodations.  Price may change, depending on item replacement.

How much time or equipment will I need?  

Your coaching sessions are 30-45 minutes by phone or Skype/Facetime.  Additionally, there will be coaching work that can take up to 30minutes each day. Fancy kitchen equipment isn’t necessary or required.  If you have a blender, basic kitchenware, and cookware, you’ll be good to go! Food prep and shopping will be made easier with my shopping lists and preparation guide.  Based on your own schedule, you may want to do your shopping and food prep for the week on the weekend or the day before. 

Can I do this with my partner or significant other?

Yes, of course! I want you to be successful and for many, that means getting your loved ones involved. The recipes are family-friendly. And, if you have a friend that would love to do this with you, then please invite them to purchase this program so they can get their own access to the coaching sessions, nutrition pack, workbooks, and extra tools.

How do I book my coaching sessions and what if I miss a scheduled session? 

In your welcome email, you will receive a link and timeline to schedule your 4 sessions (one per week; 30 minutes each) to occur within a 30-day time period. Any missed or canceled sessions are forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.  A big part of this program is staying accountable to your goals and it’s my intention is to support you by keeping you on track.
